Rates/night/person in apartment

The apartments cannot be chosen by number as they are objects to availability. The rates are day/night rates. There are 3 types of apartments: 2 people, 2+2 people, 4+2 people apartments. +2 people means accommodation on extra beds (queensize sofabed in living rooms) in apartments.

The price of min. 2 people must be paid for an apartment for 2
The price of min. 3 people must be paid for an apartment for 2 + 2
The price of min. 5 people must be paid for an apartment for 4 + 2

Room/night in 2010

A room must be paid by two people. There is no child reduction in rooms.

Our guests cannot smoke in the rooms as they are equipped with fire alarms which are sensitive for all kinds of smoke. The guests can smoke on the balconies of the apartments. (Please note that ap. #1 and # 7 do not contain balconies!)

The guests must pay the rest of rental at arrival while they must sign and accept our house rules and they must fill out a check-in form.

We cannot accept credit cards just cash!!!!

We don't give back anything from the rent as you have reserved a term and apartment

• Our rates include:the usage of water, gas, electricity, bedlinen, kitchen usage, in summer the usage of pools
• Only city tax ist extra: Euro 1,5/day/adult
• In high season (1.7..-21.8.) booking is possible for at least 4 nights
• When you want to book 30 % deposit is required via bank transfer. We do not pay back the deposit.
• Air-conditioning can be rented: EUR 8/night
• Parking in closed garden: EUR 5/car/night
• Arrival from 2 pm and departure till 10 am.
• At arrival you have to sign a registration form and our house rules.
• No towels
• Pets allowed: Euro 10/day
• The rental along with the city tax must be paid at arrival
• We do not pay the rental back after you have arrived at the house
• Smoking is possible only on the balconies as the rooms contain a fire alarm. Please note that the apartment for 2 do not have balconies.
